The main building, which is in the shape of a U, was constructed between 2006 and 2009, and has an area of about 490 m2. The southern section of the building has three levels. Surrounding the building is a large wooden deck. The central section of the deck has two wonderful recessed whirlpool hot tubs. Throughout the main building there are large windows, high ceilings and oak parquet floors. In the southern section of that building, there is a finely designed lounge with exposed glazed, glue-laminated wooden beams and large windows that offer a fantastic view of the sea. The second level of the southern section includes a dining hall and a conference room, as well as bedrooms. Next to this section is an elegantly simple kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an open, airy layout, with the design of a café kitchen.

Just outside of the southern section, there are 12 bedrooms, each with its own entrance and private patio, accessible through the two-metre wife glass sliding doors, and fronting on the lovely rocky landscape. Each of the bedrooms also has its own fully-tiled bathroom with a shower stall. The northwest section includes an additional conference room with an enchanting view.  

In addition, the properties include a boat house with an area of 14 m2, a 10 m2 cottage, as well as a storage area in a farm building that has an area of 100 metres and is located about 100 metres from the sea. Here you’ll enjoy an amazing view of the channel. 

The entire area is fenced in as a sheep meadow. There is shoreline of about 400 metres, and the property’s pier is deep enough to accommodate deep-draught boats.
